An ideal spot for this home (also where I built it) is located in Windenburg, to the North-West there is a property between "The Shrieking Llama" Bar, and the "Free Spirits" household. It is 30x20. It's very off to itself =)

This home does contain custom content. As for all homes that contain custom content, in order for them to show up in your gallery in Sims 4 - You need to make sure the "Contains Custom Content" box is checked under the "Advanced" option on the left, while in your gallery.
As for expansion packs, I have everything EXCEPT Spooky Party and Outdoor Retreat.
