Anywho, I have been playing Sims since the beginning. Including The Sims Online.
I am not a 'professional' But I do wish to pursue a design degree. When I can afford it.
My projects typically take me a while, depending on what is involved.
I do not have the resources or people to crank out new homes and such every day.
It's just me. Plus I'm still refining my knowledge of it all..
Nor is it physically possible for me. When designing, I tend to be overly critical in my work.
Every little thing has to be just right. At least what the boundaries of the game lets me do.
I have always enjoyed designing homes, landscapes, and interiors. I have been able to dabble in creating textures now. I would like to expand my range to actual CREATION rather than just lots and sim to creating objects, furniture, hair, accessories as well as other CAS items like skins, makeup, etc. I would also like to play around with posing. At this point, it would have to be completely self-taught.
So that will be a while, yet.
I have yearned to be apart of the CC designing community for a long time. It's something I have yet to give up on, I still give it the good ol college try every day, I will figure this all out, I have never been so passionate about anything else in my life thus far, to be a designer, to share with others, to bring others joy.
So here's to perseverance, patience, focus and eventual triumph.
