Aukland Breeze. Modern, Beachy and Cozy. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, upstairs balcony, pool, kitchen/dining, living room, two hallways, and a walk-in closet.
Although I have been creating homes and such on Sims since Sims 1, this is my first submission that I had the courage to submit. LOL.
I've spent quite a while learning how to submit everything the correct way.

This home does contain custom content. As for all homes that contain custom content, in order for them to show up in your gallery in Sims 4 - You need to make sure the "Contains Custom Content" box is checked under the "Advanced" option on the left, while in your gallery.
As for expansion packs, I have everything EXCEPT Spooky Party and Outdoor Retreat.
