This home is CC free, but as for expansion packs that I currently had installed at the time of this creation, I have everything EXCEPT Outdoor Retreat, and Spooky Party.
I've had a few requests for some No CC homes, so I listened! =) Hope yall love it. It reminds me of some of the homes I would see when my family I used to take vacations to the beach, I always wanted to stay in one =p
