It's been a while since my last submission, sorry yall! Hope you like this one! It fits pretty snug on a 30x20 lot, but if you would like more yard space, just place it on a bigger lot =)
This home does contain custom content. As for all homes that contain custom content, in order for them to show up in your gallery in Sims 4 - You need to make sure the "Contains Custom Content" box is checked under the "Advanced" option on the left, while in your gallery.
As for expansions, I have everything EXCEPT: Spooky Party, Backyard Stuff, Kid Room Stuff.
