Whew, been a while since my last upload, but I was having all sorts of trouble with this one, had issues where the stairs and windows would disappear on me.
Now that it's all fixed, I can share it with you all!

This home does contain custom content. As for all homes that contain custom content, in order for them to show up in your gallery in Sims 4 - You need to make sure the "Contains Custom Content" box is checked under the "Advanced" option on the left, while in your gallery.
As for expansion packs, I have everything now, except Spooky Party.
