Underdog Compound
The Underdog Compound is an industrially furnished brownstone with three levels, it has a mixture of rustic industrial with a bit of modern yet exudes an urban feel, it has spacious open floor plans that makes this lot feel bigger than just a 30x30, and the exterior brick arches bring some nice architectural depth.

This home does contain custom content. As for all homes that contain custom content, in order for them to show up in your gallery in Sims 4 - You need to make sure the "Contains Custom Content" box is checked under the "Advanced" option on the left, while in your gallery.
As for Expansions that I have installed it would be easier to list the ones I do not have, I have everything EXCEPT:
Vampires, Glamour Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Kid Room Stuff, Spooky Stuff.
This is a 30x30 lot, I used the 30x30 that is in the City Living town, San Myshuno? I think I spelled it right?
