APEX

APEX is an ultra modern, towering building with four floors, it is modern/contemporary furnished and decorated, its rooms have splashes of vibrant colors, it features a pool with glass walls, two kitchens, spacious rooms, open view dining, and a whopping 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your larger family sims or for guests!

So I spent 60+ hours on this particular build, I'm not sure if it's a lot, it just felt like it, lol.
Hoping everyone gets to check this one out, definitely my favorite build thus far. I'm sure I've said that before. I'd like to go back and create smaller homes with this style for those who don't necessarily want a home this large.

As usual please make sure you have bb.moveobjects on BEFORE placing the lot, otherwise you may have missing objects!

This home does contain custom content. As for all homes that contain custom content, in order for them to show up in your gallery in Sims 4 - You need to make sure the "Contains Custom Content" box is checked under the "Advanced" option on the left, while in your gallery.

As for Expansion/Game/Stuff Packs that I have installed:
Not all of these are required for this home to work, it's just what I have installed, and when building I don't keep track of what each individual item comes from, it's just recommended just in case.
